At our retreat, a variety of Fasting Detox protocols are available that can be implemented based on primarily raw juices or raw food detox principles.  We do not advise or will guide you straight into a dry fast, water fast or lemon fast without proper preparations. Most people will need the nutritional chemistry of fruits because of the state their lymphatic system is in. These higher fast will be too intense for most people, we will only guide you after proper, preparation and health screening and when there is a need for it.

Water Fasting is a complete abstinence from any solid and liquid nutrients. Drinking only pure water to give the digestive system a complete rest. The goal of any therapeutic water fast is to eliminate digestion as much as you can. It’s important to prepare well for a water fast, and you have to make sure your kidneys are already filtering.

Before a water fast go on a fruit fast for a while so that your experience will be smooth and less intense. If you want to detoxify you cannot use vegetable juices, for some they may feel better for a short period of time. If you want to dig deeper you need to give priority to fruits.
