Intensive Care Weight Loss Weight Management
When your body fluids contain too much acid, it’s known as acidosis. Acidosis occurs when your kidneys and lungs can’t keep your body’s pH in balance. Many of the body’s processes produce acid. The lungs and kidneys usually compensate for slight pH imbalances, but lymphatic acid congestion in these organs can lead to excess acid accumulating in your body.
The pH of your blood should be around 7.40, acidosis is characterized by a pH of 7.35 or lower. Alkalosis is characterized by a pH level of 7.45 or higher. Slight numerical pH differences can be serious and can lead to numerous health issues, or life-threatening.

Ellen Kamhi says” Many people blame being overweight on external situations, such as “It runs in the family” or ‘I have a thyroid condition” However, only about 1% of obesity is actually a medical condition.” It is a fact—ditching bad habits and adopting good ones is challenging. Contrary to common belief, a slow metabolism is rarely the cause of weight issues. The root cause is in the over consumptions of highly processed and cooked foods.
A High Complex Protein Rich diet acid causes increasing interstitial acidosis (chronic inflammation and aging) and finally Intra-cellular acidosis(deterioration and destruction) of cells. Acidosis results in weight gain, obesity, dehydration, weakening of connective tissue leading to wrinkles, atherosclerosis, arthritis, aches, and pains, loss of bone density, tooth decay, loss of hearing, loss of vision, mental deterioration, loss of sexual function, etc. The body will attempt to buffer acid substances through cholesterol (lymphatic system), water (edema), calcium.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a relatively new form of Psychological therapy, addressing the origin of emotions and actions, basically our thought patterns.
Early philosophers such as Socrates and Epictetus first documented the principles on which it is based, many centuries ago. The philosopher Epictetus, who lived from about AD 50 to 138, started his life as a slave before his master released him. His Master was so impressed by his behavior that he sent him away with money, goods, and letters of introduction to becoming a traveling student philosopher. Epictetus was quoted as saying “It is not the things of this world that hurt us but what we think about them” and this view is now widely accepted throughout mainstream psychology. The philosophic origins of CBT can also be traced back to the Stoic philosopher, Marcus Aurelius, who wrote in “The Enchiridion”: “Men are disturbed not by things, but by the view which they take of them.”
Life Blood Analysis
Live Blood Cell Analysis is carried out by placing a drop of blood from the patient’s fingertip on a microscope slide under a glass cover slip to keep it from drying out. The slide is then viewed at high magnification with a dark-field microscope.
The dark-field microscope forwards the image to a television monitor. The picture shows red blood cells stacked on top of one another and appears like stacks of coins, it is called ‘rouleaux’ formation. By observation of the rouleaux, this could be caused by a slight variation of acidosis in the blood causing the blood cells to stick, agglomerate together. Acids cause also dehydration, thickening of the blood.
Cardio-Ankle Vascular Index
Cardio-Ankle Vascular Index. Evaluation of the cardio-ankle vascular index, a new indicator of arterial stiffness independent of blood pressure, in obesity and metabolic syndrome.
CAVI values were significantly higher in Metabolic Syndrome than in non-Metabolic Syndrome patients, whereas there was no significant difference in body mass index, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol between both groups. CAVI values were weakly correlated with Blood Pressure but closely correlated with the severity of Metabolic Syndrome and Metabolic Syndrome -related parameters such as hypoadiponectinemia, relative to Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV). Furthermore, weight-reduction therapy through diet and exercise over a 3-month period significantly decreased CAVI values in parallel with increasing adiponectin. Adiponectin is a protein hormone which is involved in regulating glucose levels as well as fatty acid breakdown. This study demonstrates for the first time that CAVI is a good indicator of arterial stiffness. It is closely correlated with the severity of Metabolic Syndrome and Cardio Vascular Disease risks in obesity and independent of Blood Pressure, and is thus superior to Brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV). Therefore, the determination of arterial stiffness by CAVI may be useful for evaluating and managing the Cardio Vascular Disease risks of Metabolic Syndrome patients.
